Keeping the Holidays safe for your Bunny!
Holidays are coming and even if it's a happy time for the familly it can be a dangerous and stressful time for your rabbit :
-x- Some seasonal plants can be toxic : holly, berries, yew, mistletoes and even poinsettia are no good at all for your bunny health! Keep all the plants out of reach.
-x- Your Christmas tree can be dangerous too, bunnies can be poisoned by pesticides, paint or fire retardents. Don't let your bunny eat it !
-x- Pinecones can be used as toys or decorations, they are generally safe for your bunnies.
-x- Potpourris can be dangerous too, keep them out of reach.
-x- Don't let your bunnies chew your artificial Christmas tree, it's indigest.
-x- Choose bunny safe christmas tree decorations.Tinsel, garland chewable or glass ornements are dangerous , keep them out of reach!If you put up some electrical decorations make sure the cords are out off bunny's reach!
-x- Make sure nobody is going to give some chocolate or candy to your bunny!
-x- Be sure your young visitors know how to behave with a bunny.
